Transactions can show as pending for a variety of reasons. This includes but is not limited to downtime from the authorizing bank or the designated banks, network issues etc. However, status confirmation is always updated.

If you are debited and the transaction turns out to be unsuccessful, the transaction status will be updated, a chargeback is created and money is returned to the customer.

Dynamic accounts are temporary accounts, i.e. a one time use account used for collecting payments while reserved accounts are permanent accounts used for collecting payments multiple times.

The customer provides the details and session Id of the transaction then it is tracked after which a refund will be made to the customer.
